How do I get support?

We offer chat services (usually bottom right icon) and also provide a FAQ Help Center (link in the menu).  We will advise you that chat is currently powered by our AI assistant, and if you can't get what you need to be answered properly, you can ask it for a live person it will provide an email address to contact us at.  We don't push this email out on the website due to spammers having easy access to scrape websites these days.
