Can I order and print shipping labels from the marketplace? Do you require us to use your shipping label system?

Please note this setup does not affect sellers who are connected via one of our store connectors where orders are sent back to your systems. You typically print and ship from there as you originally did before connecting to our marketplace.
You are not required to use our shipping labels, however, we make it easy to order and print shipping labels for US-based shipping and most International. Our current integration lets you set up your shipping fees based on where you are willing to ship to. We pass this fee to you and you can either purchase shipping with us via ShipStation (this will be going away soon) or Easy Post. You may also purchase your shipping outside of the system if you wish to do so.
Our system is fairly robust and based on where you ship from and where you ship to. It typically provides good options and pricing. Be sure that your profile address is correct or it may return invalid results. Please be advised that not all shipping options provide tracking, so be aware of this when choosing and if you have questions we recommend you review the shipping company's policies for each service level.
Special Notes: ShipStation is only for USPS labels and will not cover any additional insurance on your item above the normal insurance by the USPS delivery service chosen. Most USPS insurance is up to $100, but please verify that if you have concerns. If you need additional insurance for higher-priced sales, we recommend Easy Post for purchasing labels. Currently, neither system has a signature or ID required function but we are working on adding that option to Easy Post. Be advised that once a label is ordered, it cannot be canceled or refunded at this time unless you contact the marketplace.
