This means that if a buyer does not receive an item, receives a faulty or damaged item, or the item does not match the listing, they can request a refund. The guarantee also covers items found to be counterfeit.

The Money Back Guarantee applies in situations where the buyer does not receive an item, receives a faulty or damaged item, receives an item that doesn't match the listing, or the item is proven to be counterfeit. To be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, buyers must complete their purchase using an eligible payment method on TradingCardsMarketplace.com and meet all specified requirements within the required time frames. Additionally, the item in question must not be excluded from coverage and buyers cannot seek resolution through another method if they are seeking a refund under this guarantee.  Time is of the essence and any issues must be reported to TradingCardsMarketplace.com within 3 business days of the item being delivered.


Excluded items include those that have been returned in a damaged or used condition, as well as items for which the seller does not allow returns. In such cases, the sale is considered final unless one of the other coverages specified above applies. This includes situations where a third party collects the item on behalf of the buyer or when the buyer arranges their own shipping method, such as a courier pickup.


As a seller, if the TradingCardsMarketplace.com Money Back Guarantee applies to the transaction, you are responsible for delivering the item as described in the listing and resolving any issues reported by the buyer. It's important to note that shipping items without a tracking number will not be covered under our Seller Protection Policy. Even if an item was listed on a different TradingCardsMarketplace.com site, you must still adhere to the requirements outlined in this policy and take action within the specified time frames if the purchase was completed on TradingCardsMarketplace.com.
